Since I wrote the note to you I have, with our family, tasted four of the wines – reds and whites. We all agree that you are ‘out of the box’. You show a refreshingly different approach to wine making and these are wines with class, real finesse. Your father is right about the Gewurtztraminer, it is a stunner. You have what book designers call ‘understated elegance’. I wish more people could try the wines. Again, the grenache is magnificent and the pinot is fantastic and the chardonnay and so I can go on.
