Made using family owned and managed vineyards, and crafted by winemaker Danial Conte, using small batch minimal intervention techniques. Harvested cool, semi crushed, with a blend of open and cool tank ferments.
A supercharged, ripe, fresh and bold ‘vino fresco’ style shiraz, expressing saturating amounts of ripe characters like blueberry, chocolate, spice, and fine tannin. Made completely dry in sugar, yet it retains a fruit forward sweet creaminess emphasised by the persisting fine bead. To be enjoyed in it youth, but will benefit from medium term cellaring.
