Estate grown, managed and produced, ‘Fat Hen’ is the common name for the fast growing soft broad leaf summer weed that prefers sandy soils. It often grows happily on the block of white Frontignac on the Conte Family’s vineyard.
Intensely aromatic and zingy, displaying fresh citrus, orange blossom and alpine herb notes. A hint of sea spray minerality, with a persistent, viscous and saturating mouthfeel.
