This medium bodied whit has aroma and flavours of stone fruits and a citrus complexity on the palate. Fresh and intense with a perfect balance that rivals most cooler climate comparisons.

Vinification
Picked before sunrise, semi crushed, airbag pressed, cool tank fermented, left on lees for 6 months without ‘malo’ ferment or oak integration.
