Made by Danial Conte, using vines planted by the Conte family in 1993.
This wine is vibrant, textural and complex with a soft, rich mouthfeel. Characters of lightly roasted and salted pine nuts, white pear, green apple, slight lime zest and fresh sea-spray minerality.
Harvested cool, semi crushed, air bag pressed, cool fermented on ‘solids’ (un-clarified juice), left on lees for 6 months.
Natural residual sugar; 1.8g/Lt (dry)
