Made by Danial Conte, using vines planted by the Conte family in 1980.
Intensely flavoured with a unique perfumed bouquet, this Gewurztraminer has passion fruit and lychee characters on the nose and palate. Left very slightly sweet, it retains spicy tropical fruit flavours and finishes with a crisp food friendly acidity.
Vinification
Picked cool, semi crushed, cool fermented, left on lees for 6 months without ‘malo’ ferment or oak integration.
