Made by Dan Conte, using Pinot Noir vines planted by the Conte family in 1980.
This Pinot Noir Rose has strawberry and cherry characters without any residual sugar, a delicate acidity, and a creamy mouthfeel.
Vinification
Minimum intervention winemaking methods. Harvested cool, semi crushed, gently pressed, and cool tank fermented.
